The author offers an algorithm of diversifying investment projects of an enterprise and describes its stages, including development of investment policy of an enterprise, implementation of investment projects analysis, formation of a portfolio of projects and estimation of its efficiency. The article offers a technique allowing to generate an optimal portfolio of investment projects of an enterprise based on the method of portfolio investments.
